the dispute between Boeing and rival Airbus has already for six years US aircraft manufacturer Boeing was awarded at least $5 billion (£ 3 billion) in unfair aid from Washington, which concluded World Trade Organisation (WTO).The subsidy money for research and development of the space agency NASA that has chosen the international jury.
Last year, the WTO said that Boeing's arch rival Airbus had received illegal aid from European governments.
The two companies were in the war on State aid for almost six years.
The case is one of the most complex ever before Geneva WTO, the 2,000 pages issued has brought judgments.
Both companies claimed that recent decision by the WTO strengthen their case.
"It is to stop time for Boeing to deny or minimize the massive illegal subsidies it will," said Rainer Ohler, head of public affairs at Airbus.
But Boeing said that the WTO decision on the size of the aid was dwarfed resources, $5 billion, $20, which had received Airbus.
"Breaks up the convenient myth, this WTO ruling that European governments illegally counter U.S. Government support for Boeing, Airbus must subsidize", Michael Luttig said general counsel at Boeing.
Europe had argued that Boeing billion between 1989 and 2006 had received ten types of illegal subsidies amounting to $19.
The WTO maintain not all claims.
But it said that some of the aid, including the NASA contracts and some tax breaks, serious impact on Airbus had interests.
"The effect of these subsidies shift and impedance of Airbus lost civilian aircraft from the markets of third countries, significant price suppression and special sales which was," said the WTO in a statement.
It is recommended that the United States withdraw the subsidies.
EU Trade Commissioner Karel de Gucht said that the confirmed Brussels suspicion.
"This WTO Panel report shows clearly that Boeing has received huge subsidies in the past and is still significant subsidies today," he said.
