US Court acquitted Cuban militant

US federal prosecutors a jury had found accused him of lying to immigration officials, but not guilty it.

He had lying to immigration officials about how he got in the United States and been charged over his alleged involvement in bomb attacks in Havana in 1997, in which an Italian tourist was killed.

Cuba and Venezuela want also to extradite him for allegedly masterminding the bombing of a Cuban commercial aircraft in 1973, which were the lives of 73 people.

Long struggle
