The Allende case is one of the 726 alleged of human rights, which investigators in search.
An official post mortem report he found suicide with a gun given to him by his friend, Cuban leader Fidel Castro.
Allende's doctor confirmed that conclusion and it was accepted by his family.
But some of his followers continue to believe that he was killed by soldiers.

"I think it is the rigorous and definitive evidence to clarify the causes of his death and we think this is going to be enormously important."
