Party leaders participate in police event

The SNP has now but vowed to maintain funding for community payback orders, where low-level perpetrators company repay their debts carrying out manual work, instead, the short jail terms.

The parties all have cut different policies to the knife crime. The Conservatives support a nationwide knife amnesty, while the Lib Dems say that the key of course deal with culture.

The SNP have promised, stop and search, increase while labour doomed to put conditions for anyone with a knife in a mandatory six months in prison.
