Bomb plotter scores court victory

A timer bomb he planted in his pregnant Irish fiancée hand luggage, without their knowledge, but the explosives were detected and the plot was foiled.

The BBC's Danny Shaw says, it seems this ruling will pave the way for Hindawi's release and possible deportation back to Jordan, and it will be more legal articles on the case next week.

He said that Parole Board had found that Hindawi intended victims, in particular his fiancée and her daughter had shown insight in his impugned conduct and contrition for his.

Successive ministers rejected his applications for early release, leading to a series of legal battles.

In the latest legal battle said Tim Owen, QC, for Hindawi, Lord Justice Thomas and Mrs Justice Nicola Davies, that Justice Secretary "was relentless against had" Hindawi's release during the entire process slogan.
